An exclusive experience for guests, featuring pre-dinner drinks on the hallowed turf of the MCG, followed by a private dinner in the historical Long Room of the Melbourne Cricket Club.

Private transfers shuttled over 90 VIP guests from the Melbourne CBD to the MCG where we commenced the evening with pre-dinner drinks on the famous MCG turf. Typically off limits to most groups, our team worked with the Melbourne Cricket Club to allow for our guests to freely roam across the field whilst enjoying premium drinks and canapes.

Once drinks concluded, guests made their way upstairs to the Melbourne Cricket Club's Long Room, where we commenced a seated 3 course meal in one of Melbourne's most famous and exclusive dining locations, typically closed to the general public.

The annual Chief Investment Officers Forum is the largest gathering of Australian Chief Investment Officers in the country. Guests include CIOs from Australia's largest superannuation, sovereign wealth, insurance, ultra high net worth and family office institutions. Also in attendance were representatives from the world's largest fund managers and investment banks.

The CIOs Forum is a three day event, run annually in February. Our team was responsible for every aspect of the event, securing the venue, managing guests accommodation, developing the Agenda, booking guest speakers, managing delegate transfers and coordinating off site dinner venues across the three days.

The Janus Henderson Insurance Forum is a gathering of Australian's leading insurers.

Our team negotiated and secured a Sydney-based venue for the client, managing all communications and contracts with the hotel (including food, beverage and audio visual). We were also tasked with building and launching a mobile App for delegates to use. This App housed all forum materials, as well as including features such as live polling, speaker feedback, and delegate contact sharing.

True to our Melbourne roots, we also coordinated a custom branded coffee cart, complete with a professional barista, to ensure that all delegates remained well caffeinated throughout the day.

Frontier Advisors is one of Australia's largest asset consultants. Their annual conference hosts over 250 participants each year in Melbourne.

Our team acted on behalf of Frontier to negotiate their venue and audio visual contracts, along with building and managing an event App that housed all event content. On the day of the event, our team was onsite to coordinate all event logistics, registrations, speaker rehearsals and venue management, meaning the Frontier staff could spend their valuable time networking with clients and prospects.
